Bed and Breakfast - Al Centro Storico

   Perfect location in the very centre of the old town. One of the two rooms was as described and even had a wonderful terrasse. We could play bridge all night here - great! Very nice welcome by a young English speaking man who even helped us find the place, find a parking place and helped with the luggage.

   We enjoyed ous stay here very much. A few minor things to mention could be:
   It says that each room has a little living room. That was only true for one of the rooms.
   No hairdrier - as promised.
   The blinds in the room without livingroom did not work (but this could be a very temporary mistake, of course.)
   The men kept banging their heads in the low doorway to the terrasse - perhaps you could put someting soft onto it to make the scars smaller? Why can't men bend down properly?

   Very nice and large rooms, perfectly equiped and in a perfect condition; very welcoming and helpful owners, the place is located in the heart of the old town, so in the middle of nice old narrow streets and houses. Perfect coffee for breakfast! Also the area is very quiet to sleep at night.

   Breakfast could be really improved, now only panini and jam to go with the coffee (although this can be called a typical breakfast in IT). To compare, we had arrived to this place from another B&B in Sicily, where the breakfast contained fruits, yougurts, and juice in addition to panini and coffee. Also the breakfast area is extremely small (a small table for 3 persons), so if you are travelling with more people, there is no space to have breakfast for all of you together, you will have to change or will be offered to have it in your rooms.
   Parking of a car is problematic. You can only park down the city (the B&B is located up the hill) and you need a bit of luck to find a place. Then you have to walk many steps up along a narrow street with your luggage to arrive at the place.

   The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. They welcomed you to your "home" for your stay and seemed genuinely interested in how your stay was. The room was large and very comfortable with a lot of light and even a lovely balcony with a swing to sit on and watch the stars. Location was only minutes walk from the main tourist shopping area as well as the train station and bus stops. Would recommend this B&B to anyone.

   Breakfast was very basic - coffee and bread with jam.

   It was peace and quiet there and surprisingly it was cool inside. Despite we had to leave early in the morning, we were given the breakfast - in the evening. Thanks!

   Ottima accoglienza, camera spaziosa e pulita, buona colazione, collocazione eccellente, vicino ai negozi del corso ma soprattutto vicinissimo alle chiese antiche ed al centro del quartiere storico. Parcheggio tranquillo e vicino.

   Non ci sono rilevanti aspetti negativi.

   the hosts were not present...only came when we arrived and to serve breakfast.

   there was no indication on the website that the B&B was actually situated on a flight of stairs, not on a road...parking the car was not easy. There are only two rooms in a very tiny establishment.

   The rooms are very spacious, modern furniture and spic and span. The owners' hospitality was also impeccable. I would recommend Al Centro Storico to anyone wanting to be based in the centro storico. Surprisingly, parking nearby was not that difficult which for such a location is quite rare i would say.

   Accoglienza simpatica e servizio ottimo. Posto in un quartiere calmo, e centrale ideale per la visita del centro storico, con comerci vicini. Siamo rimasti molto contenti del nostro soggiorno.
