accoglienza e disponibilità cattivo funzionamento dei condizionatori dovuta ad eccessivo sporco degli stessi. Pulizia superficiale ( molta polvere nascosta). Mancanza di tende oscuranti in camera da letto (presenza di una forte luce nel cortile che si irradiava per tutta la stanza). The owner is pleasant. She recommended us really very,very good restaurant,only100 m far from her apartment, "Pontefico",on the road Gregorio VII.From this apartment Is good conection in the town. From road GregorioVII: bus No.862, 190, 916, depends in which part of the town you want to go. The bathroom is dirty,she needs more time,some hours to clean all the parts between ceramics plates,now are black colours,its must be white. The curtain around the shower must throw away,it's so dirty,change the shower handle-it has 2 holes. Towels-sometimes were white but now are in very bad condition...We think that now is the time to buy some new towels and always wash on 90 degr.The all apartment needs painting,some nice colours. In the apartment is a lot of humidity & bad smell. Great place, only 3 blocks from the Vatican. Clean, large rooms with kitchenet, washing machine and full bathroom. Overall the place was a good deal and the owner was very friendly. It is in a residential neighborhood but only 5 min walk to the Vatican and a €8 cab to the city center. Nice apartment with ikea-style furniture, quiet neighborhood. Quite a few food (and not so good) for 3-days/2-people breakfast. A bit far from the city center, but useful to visit the vatican. The apartement is so close to St Peters and the center of Rome. Nice terrace where you can sit and have your meals if it´s warm. Very nice for two persons. Good location for those who like placide and calm relaxation. Very kind landlady. We were very positively surprised with kitchen content, there were all we need for first breakfast.
