    The service and accommodation was good. Especially the information and advice from Alessandra from the reception.
    The Hotel needs a better description of 'how to finds its location' in Venice.
    Even local people didn't know the whereabouts of the Hotel and I was sent from post
    to pillar, until somebody eventually knew where to find it. It is hard to go on foot while
    dragging a 20KG suitcase behind you over varius steps, bridges and uneven ground.
    A GPS location might help, as all the maps for Venice are useless unless you find the
    corresponding (street) waterway sign.
    The Hotel could do with a face lift of its outside appearence.

    Ãîñòèíèöà ðàñïîëîæåíà î÷åíü óäîáíî, íà îäèíàêîâîì óäàëåíèè îò àâòîáóñíîãî è æåëåçíîäîðîæíîãî âîêçàëîâ. Î÷åíü ëåãêî ìîæíî íàéòè è íå íóæåí äîïîëíèòåëüíûé òðàíñïîðò. Íîìåð íàñ âïîëíå óñòðîèë. Ïî ñòîèìîñòè íàñ âïîëíå óñòðîèëî. Ïåðñîíàë î÷åíü ïðèâåòëèâûé.  ãîñòèíèöå ÷èñòî è ïðèÿòíî.
    Õîòåëîñü áû ÷òîáû Wi Fi áûë äîñòóïåí â íîìåðå à íå òîëüêî ó ñòîéêè ïîðòüå.

    L'ubicazione della struttura è perfetta a due passi dalla stazione del treno, soprattutto in una città come Venezia in cui è decisamente scomodo spostarsi con le valigie (tra ponti, scale e canali...) inoltre per essere un albergo ad una stella la colazione era ottima, non hanno unicamente i classici croissant (che in ogni caso vengono serviti caldi in una piccolo paniere), ma anche cereali e un ottimo yogurt oltre a pane, marmellata e vari succhi di frutta.
    Devo ammettere che l'unica pecca era nella pulizia del lavandino del bagno, non esattamente lindo. In ogni caso la camera era piccola, ma comoda, con un letto terzona, ma almeno con un materasso unico, e nn i soliti materassi singoli affiancati che spesso si trovano negli alberghi.
