Soddisfacente la posizione centrale dell'albergo rispetto ai quartieri storici della città

Deludente la camera a noi riservata in quanto non corrispondente alla descrizione in fase di prenotazione: mancanza di terrazzino ma soprattutto di vista. La finestra si affacciava sulla tromba di una scala protetta, probabilmente da eventuali intrusioni, da una grata di metallo.
Alla nostra lamentela è stato risposto con un cambio di stanza, sicuramente più accettabile.
Altra nota negativa, questa volta non imputabile alla struttura, è che la musica ad alto volume ed incessante dalle 23.00 alle 3.00 del mattino che giugneva da una strada vicina, non permetteva un buon riposo seppur la finestra possedesse doppi vetri.

- Location close to central train station (1km), which together with the price was main factor for selecting this hotel to stay. - There is a renovation going on, one may expect it affecting positively to the overall quality of hotel.

It didn't matter if window was open or closed, the party noise from nearby restaurants was loud and disturbing. Luckily I was dead tired and able to get some sleep but I did wake up to the noise several times. Even though it was Thursday, people seemed to party hard and late. Take your ear plugs with you in case you end up to one of the rooms facing to outside (I had room #203).

the staff were friendly and helpful, everything was very clean. Very satisfied.

Good central location, the hotel has a secure entry system which helps create a safe atmosphere. The hotel is relaxed and friendly and all the facilities are new and well kept.

Wish I could have stayed longer.

The central position meant that we could walk to many interesting places. The staff were very helpful and took time to find out which buses would be most suitable. They treated us like family and welcomed us "home" in the evening. There was a safe in the bedroom but it was almost unnecessary because there was such good security.

The bars in the next street were very noisy at night until very late.

Lugar muy centrico. Hotel completamente reformado, con habitaciones bonitas y acogedoras, aunque la calle en la que se encontraba el hotel estaba un poco destrozada, como gran parte del Palermo Antiguo. La atención recibida también fue correcta.
