Parking place wasa big advantage, and the stuuf was helpful. There was no bellboy to help the luggages to carry to the room. The rooms need some repair like painting or so on. In the room we were staying, I saw some pipes on the ceiling that was with rust - or may be not painted well. So the first opinion about room was a bit frustrating. And the carpets on the corridors were seeming a bit dirty orthey need renewal too. And at the entrance of the hotel, the things left just next to the stairs seems like a wate basket or depot, and it gives an image of not caring too much about guests. Nice enough place and friendly accomodating staff. The place was a bit dingy considering the cost, though it was practically part of a parking lot it was convenient to the main districts of Venice. We found the staff extremely helpful and friendly, we were made very welcome. Our rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and we were well provided with all that we needed. The parking of the car was a real bonus and was very efficient. We hadn't realised how close we were to the heart of Venice and walked in each day with ease.
