    Simpaticissimi e disponibili. Posizione ottima. Nonostante la zona trafficata le camere sono silenziosisssime. Colazione abbondante, bagno generoso e ottima pulizia generale.

    Francesca was a superb hostess and as helpful as she could be.
    The location of the hotel being on the 3rd floor of a building where the door to the street was a bit seedy looking.

    ottima la posizione dell'albergo,a piedi si gira tutta Firenze, stanze ampie, ben riscaldate, pulite, il personale cortese e gentilissimo,non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.Belle le camere completamente rifatte, molto accoglienti.
    per com'era bello dentro solo l'ingresso giù sulla strada lasciava a desiderare...

    We were warmly welcomed and farewelled at Hotel Berna. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Staff at Hotel Berna were very helpful and attentive. I would certainly return again.

    I was more that satisfied with the hotel. Not only is excellent in all means but the people, most of all Francesca (Nadia) is lovely. From the very first moment I felt at home. My room was great and had a balcony with Santa Maria Novella Chruch's view, the bed super comfortable and the room big and very quiet. Breakfast was very good with an excellent coffee prepared fresh by Francesca. Both, Francesca and Paolo were very helpfull. Also everything was impecable (you can eat on the floor!). I will higly recommend this hotel. Last, the location is great. I am very happy that I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Berna. Thank you BBPplanet!!. Terry Villalba, New York City, 10-20-08
