   La localización y la terraza.

   El hecho de que el salón sea interior sin ventanas ni ningún acceso directo a la calle. El cuarto de baño y la ducha, incómodos.

   The location of the apartment was perfect and convenient for many wonderful restaurants. The large terrace added an additional quality to the apartment.

   We have no complaints or concerns

   The apartment, clean and nice. The location, nice town and easy to travell to other cities by train. Great with a big terass! Roberta and Mario very kind and helpful, lovley people.We really enjoyed our holiday in Casa Flavia and Orvieto.

   More equipement in the kitchen, that´s the only negative!

   Great location just of the mainly pedestrian high street, the apartment is well presented with fantastic high ceiling and all the mod-cons you would want for your stay in this interesting and historic town. Mauro and Roberta were very helpful to my family and I during the weekend. We enjoyed our time at the Casa Flavia and would definately book again.

   Let me say that everything satisfied us about our stay. The Casa Flavia is a one-bedroom apartment that is quite lovely, and actually I think that my husband and I both agree that it is more lovely than the pictures. It is on a quiet street off the main drag of Orvieto and a lovely walk to all the sites. There are many stores and restaurants within a matter of yards. But its location is very peaceful. There is air conditioning and a well-stocked and practical kitchen -- I only wish we had such a lovely kitchen in New York. Mauro and Roberta are lovely and were extremely kind and helpful to us. We loved our stay at the Casa Flavia and look forward to coming again!
